Nakajima Park Hotel AMS tower Nakajima 16F 1606

Lovely little apartment, perfectly sized and styled for two people. The location is perfect, 2 minutes from a subway entrance with elevator and the serene Nakajimakoen. Its a secure building in a quiet residential area, yet a short ride from the main hubs. There is a 7/11 in the building and a Seicomart 4 minutes away. There was good air-conditioning and heating, the hot water pressure was strong and the apartment was very clean. Bathroom had shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals, even a bottle of oil was provided. Loved the views from the balcony and enjoyed the smart TV. The management is generous with many hangars, towels, tissues and large drying racks, so it can be comfortable for a longer stay. We even found a first aid box, phone chargers and a garment steamer.

Missed having a toaster and apartment needs atleast one stockpot/ stewpot (though there is a shallow wok pan and a frying pan). 4 pm check-in and 11 am check-out felt a bit tight, and there was a small extra charge for an hour’s late checkout.

ロケーション、セキュリティ、交通の便、公園の側、綺麗な部屋、スタッフの対応。備品類も洗濯機は新しいし洗剤も置いてある。スチーマーもあり、救急セットも備えて、物干しもあるし、ハンガーもたくさん。諸々配慮があって素晴らしい。

欲しいものは、トースターとマグカップ（一個しかなかった）。難を言えば、枕です。あと、小さくても折りたたみでもいいのでハイテーブルとチェアがあれば。

-Great opportunity to experience japanese residence. -cozy. Feels like home. -even though there was a miscommunication regards check in process, the host responded very quickly so that we didn't waste any time.

-a bit small. The place is just enough for 3 people at best. I guess most japanese 1 bedroom apartment are small. (At the same time, It is much larger than the most 2 bed japanese hotel rooms.)

The apartment had everything we needed; washing machine, stovetop, microwave, fridge, ac, bed and bathroom and of course tv. It was clean and Ken was super easy to get in contact with. The apartment is close to a metro station which is super convenient! We recommend it if you wish to have a small glimpse into everyday life in Japan. Please be respectful as the apartment is surrounded by everyday folks, so not like a hotel.

The only thing would be the duvet on the bed was a bit small, but really not an issue. The bed was a tad too soft, but that is a taste issue and not the beds fault.

房間很乾淨，該有的設備都有！連炒菜的油都準備好放在冰箱裡！離地鐵站很近約3分鐘可到達！一樓有7-11可採買東西，走路約5分鐘距離有一間小型超市有生鮮水果可買！ 走路約10分鐘可抵達薄野鬧區，各式餐廳、飯店、百貨、藥妝店都可輕易找到！

此次連同小孩共三人入住，訂房諮詢裡提到有兩張單人床，一張沙發床！ 但實際上沙發床只是單純的沙發，並不能變成床！所以睡起來並不舒適！

Great location, 3 minutes walk from Nagajima Park station. 7-11 downstairs, nice view, clean accommodation.
