Aircon was leaking so badly. Both lounge and room. It was actually so bad that the mop couldn't even hold the water. The room bed and bedding were wet. When I message Zaynab she sent the maintenance guy which he only took out the excess water 30min later same thing. She then said that there is no house keeping. Must wait for Sunday to change bedding.. no one came. Kids slept on wet bedding. Terrible . Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

Great location. 6 minute walk to gateway. Easy access shop across the building. Extremely safe.

The house was not clean. The linen was not clean. There was also a drainage problem in one of the showers.

The oven didn't work - they came to check on it. But could only get the technician after we left. I had purchased easy ready meals that had to go into the oven, all couldn't make use of them. This was super frustrating as I had endured extra cost to then purchase takeaways as a result of the broke oven! The linen was dirty in both rooms which was only changed a day before we left, this was a process as the house keeping lady didn't know what size linen the beds required and when back and forth to change and rectify the linen until she figured it out. The hair dryer was not working- I was told upon reporting the issue on the 1st night of my stay that I would receive a replacement, this never happened. The table in the dining rooms leg was loose and the entire table almost came down, we couldn't use the dinning room table at all! The sliding door that lend to the balcony had come off the railing completely and couldn't be closed again. Upon reporting these issues. The maintenance guy came through only to make a joke of it and he asked me if there wasn't anything wrong with the crockery and Cutlery! The noise levels in and around the apartment every single night was absolutely terrible, it continued from 11pm to 6am in the morning. We got no sleep at all! It rainined and water was seeping through the sliding doors into the bedroom. I understand that the apartment is self catering, however we paid for four days night. In other accommodations establishments you received sufficient amenities for the duration of your stay that the establishment states is included. We only received one towel for four nights and one roll of toilet paper.

The apartment was immaculate, every inch was properly cleaned and the beds were very comfortable.

The CCI next door is very noisy 24 hours a day.
