The location was really good and the hotel is really cozy. We also had a nice view from the room. The staff was really friendly and helpful.

The floors were a little sticky for some reason. Also the breakfast was pretty modest.

Staff were great! Location was PERFECT! Apartment was cute and clean, and loved our little terrace. Cute little gifts were very sweet. Breakfast buffet was very good.

We stayed in the apartment which was separate and across the street. Honestly, the only complaint I could have was that I had communicated before our visit trying to better understand where the 3 twin beds were located relative to our bedroom and never got a response or photo. To help others understand, the main living/kitchen space is on the main floor, and the bedroom with a queen bed is on the lower level with the 3 twin beds in the open room at the bottom of the stairs outside of the bedroom. In reality, the twin beds location was totally fine and comfortable. However, because they were right outside of our bedroom, we needed to close to door for privacy (and so as not to keep the girls awake with our snoring) and there was no AC in the bedroom, so it got very hot. If we opened the window, we had lots of flies come in. We asked for a fan, and they brought one but it didn't work. The next day we asked again and they brought the same broken fan. Then finally brought a small fan with a broken clip/stand. It helped. I would recommend they purchasing a fan that should stay in that room and be always available during summer months. I would also recommend to have iron/ironing board available in the unit. All in all, we would still definitely stay here again. I would just be sure to call and confirm the AC situation in our particular rooms before booking.

Staff in the restaurant were rude, was made to feel unwelcome. Curtains were broken in the room, there was clothing tags in the room from the previous guest that the cleaners had missed, and one of the lights was broken. A little bit of a let down from somewhere that was quite pricey.
