Great location, close to subway station and easy to get to central part of Sapporo. Park opposite for our toddler to play. Owner had provided for everything including laundry detergent and plenty of plastic bags for rubbish disposal with clear instructions on recycling

Bed was a bit too soft, couch was really uncomfortable. Tv was not smart and owner did not confirm about this until final day. Like another reviewer I also smelt gas whenever the boiler was on. Not pleasant and not sure it’s safe either thinking about it now.
