Pool and jacuzzi were inoperable the entire weekend. Must have been on a timer because we heard it kick on at 11am today for the first time. Bottom lock doesn't work on front door, keypad didn't work on front door. Couldn't get regular cable tv channels, no dish soap to start us off. Even a small one would have helped for our first night. One patio door wouldn't lock. Pool table was broken and took up unnecessary space. Car got towed... Ugh I can go on

The location is great, close to parks and restaurants. The estate in which the house is located is well kept, clean and tidy. There is a safe feel within the estate and security at the gate is very good.

The house is tired and in need of a good clean up. Carpets were filthy and in need of a clean. Silverware is the cheapest you can buy. Towels were poor and mattresses were doubled up in most of the beds. The pool needs to be refurbished as the top coating was coming away making it a rough surface on the feet. The biggest thing is the house is near a waste treatment plant and depending on the wind direction it is extremely unpleasant to sit out. Would not recommend this property.

The house was very spacious. The heated pool and hot tub was wonderful.

It was not cleaned well. The master bathroom was gross.

Good location to Disney.

The resort is a little eerie not many houses occupied. The master bed would need a step ladder to get onto the bed. We didn’t sleep in the master due to the height of the bed.

The property was in an excellent location, it was close enough to Walt Disney World (about 10 minutes to Animal Kingdom) but also very close to a variety of none-Disney shops and restaurants, such as Target and Outback Steakhouse. The house was spacious and there was plenty of room for the eight of us (two families of four). The coded access to the property was really useful and meant that upon arrival we didn’t need to visit a management company office or look for a lockbox in the dark.

The property showed tiredness in some areas, such as marks and knocks to the furniture and in the pool some of the floor had worn away, making it a bit uncomfortable underfoot. The pool could have been warmer and at times was too cold for the youngest travellers in our group.

Short notice booking due to our hurricane evacuation from the gulf coast. Entry details received immediately. Received telephone contact from Rajesh. Very helpful and informative. Nice warm pool. Pool heat additional but well worth it. Nice quiet gated estate.

Aspects of the house could do with updating. Large patio door needs a new lock. Didn't affect our enjoyment of the villa though.
