This rating is for the Sep experience. During my stay in Aug was told that you could walk in and the rooms are available as it’s a new property. Sep end I did and was told that all the rooms are booked by one group. The staff at the reception who I was familiar with from my past stay at 2 times seen completely upset and helpless. They were conversing with each other that that rooms are available but was asked not to allocate. As it’s private property it’s their wish, but as you are asking for feedback adding. Mafia’s cannot be allowed in a democratic country like us. Corruption in any form is a crime. Thank you !!!
