Size of apartment is great. Good AC. Good clean kitchen with fridge, gasstove, washingmaschine and electric kettle for boiling water. Big tv. Good comfortable sofa. Good clean bedroom with good bed and AC. Good Olex Market close to apartment with great sortiment for such a small shop. Carrifour is not far away of you have a bike. Good restaurants nearby along el salam road. Good gym for training in Diar El Rabwa only 100 LE a day. Good and clean pools in Diar el Rabwa. Very good host - efficient honest and reliable.

Few cooking utensils in kitchen. No deep dish. No spatula. No bowl. No bigwaterjug-pump. Old and worn teflon cookingware. Floors and carpets could have been better cleaned at arrival. There are some cockroaches but they are usually find dead on their back in the morning - Roachspray is effective.

Readers , I spent 35 night's at this STUDIO !! and thoroughly enjoyed my stay . It's nice 👍👍 and QUIET 🤫🤫 , and it's accessable to SHARM , or the OLD MARKET . The photos which Ahmed has on his site , are IDENTICAL to the BOOKING.COM photos . It's well worth the money to stay here . Dale from Wales .

The host was hospitable and friendly, helped us with several things. Nice restaurants around. A bit far from the sea but the taxi to the beach 2-4 euros

Dirty dishes and teapot with mold, lack of items for cleaning: toilet paper finished after 2 days, no sponges for dishes. We asked for it and we were told to buy it. Those are small things but not that I want to care about it on vacation. There were two cockroaches when we left food on the table, be aware of that too. When didn't leave food, they never returned:)

I would recommend this CONDO the Owner was amazing..my only gripe was the cost of the Internet £50 I paid extra .much cheaper to buy a simcard in Egypt I purchased a Voda phone Sim and it was 1000 Egyptian pounds for unlimited data ..overall I enjoyed my vacation and can't wait to return ...

Well equipped flat, it’s comfy and cozy. Initially, we just stayed for 2 days, then we extended for one more day. Coz it’s a comfortable flat, and we want to stay more days. The swimming pool is just at the doorstep. We enjoyed the sunset swimming time. Had a great time there with my wife

There is a noise with the ac in the bedroom. Hope it could be fixed, so the sleep could be tighter. And the ac light couldn’t be turned off after trying many times. However, it’s small issues. Doesn’t cause any concerns.

Bed was comfortable. Air con in bedroom and living room worked well. Couch was comfy. Big TV had netflix, prime etc. fridge and freezer were cold. Lots of pools in the complex, one smaller one by the front door and a much larger one 2 min walk away by the complex little supermarket. Supermarket scanned prices and were very reasonable, a lot of locals there so didn't get ripped off on prices. A 2L bottle was 7 Egyptian pounds (about 12 pence Stirling) Can walk to Carrefour the big supermarket. Ahmed was very attentive and helpful. The kettle broke and it was replaced quickly, the internet bundle ran out and he renewed it immediately. When he was at the shops he asked if we wanted anything and was always checking in. Can organise taxis etc if you want him too.

The kitchen could of been a bit better stocked with cooking utensils. Internet on occasion was hit and miss. Mostly everything was good.

Good location. Flat been nice and clean. Fair price.

The neighbour been quite noisy every night. But it's something you can't change unfortunately
