Tiki Tiki - Gorgeous Boho Beach Hideaway!

The property is in a great location in Wailea. I appreciate a well thought out space and this was it! It id just as pictured and the hosts went all out on the details and the difference is clear. I’ve travelled extensively to about 70 countries and was one of my top stays. Beyond the condition of the property, the communication by the hosts were prompt, proactive, and precise, I had all the information I needed before I needed it. Had to get a bit of work done and the internet was fast! They also went above and beyond leaving a welcome gift.

It was an awesome place to stay and felt very inviting. We enjoyed our stay here and can't thank the hosts enough for their hospitality and thoughtfulness into making our stay an enjoyable experience.

Nice set up, pool was great, BBQ grills helped with meals. A toaster would be nice, all on all very pleasant

Great location. The room was really nice, and the place came with great amenities. The back deck was great, and we loved hearing the birds in the morning. Also, access to the beach was easy and the beach chairs came in handy.

There were no drawers for our clothes. We essentially used our suitcases as storage for our clothes.

The apartment was excellent in: - styling - comfort & site - location with all emenities - preparation, cleanliness, surprise welcomes Just perfect!

My husband and I came from the mainland with a large group to visit friends who live in Wailea/Kihei. Most of our party stayed at the nearby resorts and we wanted to be near them, but we also wanted to have a quiet and private space away from all the group's get-togethers. After researching, we decided on the Tiki Tiki. We were not disappointed! The property is lovely — clean, comfortable, spacious for a studio, well maintained, modern and nicely appointed. The kitchenette has a dishwasher with detergent, a microwave, a coffee maker with pods or whatever those things are called, and a fridge large enough to hold a few days’ worth of fresh food and drinks (note that there’s no freezer). There are dishes, glasses, mugs, cutlery, and paper towels. The bathroom has a rain shower and a separate tub. Toiletries are provided. The king bed and linens are super comfortable! There is a small private patio attached. There is shopping nearby, including upscale retailers and a delightful food/convenience market (Island Gourmet). These are within a 10-minute-or-so walk from the property, but anyone with mobility issues will want to rent a car or rely on taxi/Uber/Lyft/friends to get around — the roads are hilly and many do not have sidewalks. Hosts Kate and Mark were a pleasure to do business with! Everything from booking to check-out was a breeze. They contacted us after the first night to make sure everything was to our satisfaction and to ask if we needed anything (it was, and we didn’t 🤗 ). It is clear that they really care about their guests’ experiences and that they run a reputable, first-class operation. TL;DR: Great stay, exceeded our expectations. We’ll be back! The kitchen too small to cook something. Luckily there is plenty to eat outside of the apartment.

Gorgeous place! Great location near to shops and restaurants which were lovely and such a nice area. The room was stunning and spotless, extremely comfy and luxurious. We had been left treats and all the extras to enjoy which was such a nice touch. Lovely quiet pool on site too. Our favourite stay of our holiday!
