Travellers Tales - A Pod in the Cotswolds

The Pod was clean and comfortable, good facilities. Everything you would want for a couple of days. Plenty of storage, comfortable bed. Milk, juice, water, tea,coffee. Great value for money ideal for us only ten minutes from Witney Lakes Resort.

The only negative was the wooden gate which needs a bit of TLC.

Extra touchs such as orange juice and yogurts.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this beautifully decorated pod in the Oxfordshire countryside. The orange juice and yoghurts that Hannah left in the fridge for us were delicious. We really appreciated the fresh milk & bottled water too. We felt a warm welcome. Indeed the heating was just right & could easily be managed to suit the weather. The fridge was larger than we expected for a mini fridge which was really helpful. The bed was really comfortable. We appreciated the many choices that the TV offered. The ambience of the whole place was very relaxing.

We struggled to use the coffee maker, but Hannah was really helpful when we texted for help.

The space was amazing, especially the fireplace as it brought a great atmosphere. The big window and the pizza oven is a great addition to the place. Everything was up to standards and it exceeded our expectations.

The hot water in the shower wasn't hot enough. And the water pressure was a bit low. Overall, nothing else to complain about.

The accommodation was fab, perfect for my needs. I couldn’t get the coffee machine to work (basic instructions would be useful). Really comfortable and very relaxing.

A beautiful room in a wonderful location. Such a great find. Check in was so straightforward, instructions were clear and directions were perfect! Already looking forward to staying again in future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Warm and cosy on entry in mid January. Clean, well-organised. Clear instructions. Private. Fresh milk, orange juice and yoghurts in the fridge, coffee pods and kettle. Highly recommend a stay there. Can't wait to stay again in the summer with all the outside opportunities it provides.

Beautifully designed and put together in terms of the interior style. Lovely location and a fantastic amount of space available outside. Perfect for a short stay.

It was very creaky and noisy throughout the night/early hours of the morning.

Adorable little place, very thoughtfully decorated and had everything we needed - perfect for a date night away! And very reasonable price! Was worried from the pictures that the bed may be a small double, but we found it extremely comfortable!

This isn't a reflection on the property, more location tip - we struggled to find a taxi company that would take us into nearby Witney for an evening out - only taxi that said they had something available wanted to charge £30! So we stayed in instead, which wasn't the end of the world! :)
