Converted Barn with Hot Tub, The Hayloft.

Beautiful weekend away as a meet up point for family. We felt so at home and relaxed. Close to Lancaster and great walks for the dogs. Perfect for staying in with enough sofas and space for everyone. Hot tub was brilliant. Everything was spotless and done to a high spec. Would recommend and stay again

Clear instructions sent via arrival so we knew how to access the property. Keys were in lock box which was easy to access due to information given. The barn was beautiful and had everything for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The hot tub was lovely and added that extra element to our family stay.

Loved absolutely everything about this little spot - everything you could possibly want for a weekend away (or longer!). Perfect for both couples and children (it even has games!) and I will definitely book again (although I might leave the kids at home next time!)

Modern, spacious and hot tub was amazing. Very clean and safe for the dogs in the enclosed garden.

The property is quite secluded in the countryside so was ideal for our chilled weekend but not too far from Lancaster if you fancy a trip to the shops. Everything was exceptional quality and anything you could possibly need was provided. The hot tub was perfect. The shower pressure was brilliant. The robes and slippers a great touch .

The beds were a bit soft for our liking and we had a couple of early morning wake ups due to barking dogs but that was a minor irritation rather than a major issue.

what a beautiful place this was. was like home from home. lovely quiet location, only a 15 minute drive from Lancaster. supermarket not to far either. we came for a 3 night stay a group of four friends, and there was amples of room throughout. the hot tub was a dream to just relax in at the end of the day. the owners have thought of every little detail. we have stayed in some lovely places but this beats any of them by far!! it was perfect and we can't wait to come back.

Wonderful space for friends to share- open kitchen area was great when preparing meals. We had great privacy, they had a great information booklet. Well equipped property, it was like a home from home. The dressing gowns and slippers were a lovely touch. Great views from windows and prime location in the hot tub for star gazing.

Too minor to detail, but would feel more than comfortable feeding back to host, as we could tell from all communication, attention to detail and information shared that they would respond with gratitude
