Too strong cleaning solution - When we first opened the door, it smelt like sterilised cleaning solution, too strong and not environmental friendly. There was no dining table so we couldn't really had a nice family meal. The 2nd bedroom - we expected this to have 2 single beds - not double / queen size bed Kitchen should have oven gloves. Not sure why Heater became colder towards the night...we had to turn it on and off a few times to adjust.

New property was warm and comfortable for a family or two couples. Staff was very helpful when needed.

Clean and tidy

Well, where do I even begin? I showed up at 3:30 PM, as promised, and guess what? The house was still a mess—yep, not cleaned at all. I get that things happen, but the woman who greeted me was something else. Rude, harsh, and completely lacking any customer service skills. As if that wasn’t enough, they moved us to a new property with NO parking for guests, and let’s just say the location was "charming"—right next to a stadium under construction. So, we got to enjoy the sweet sound of drills and hammers during our stay. Thanks for ruining my event, Lexie. Safe to say, I won’t be rebooking anytime soon. Never again.

Clean and modern, much nicer than a hotel. Plenty of room for me and my daughter. Easy and relaxing.
