Location is good. Takes about 10 minutes to train station and about 15 minutes to Southampton city centre walking. By car it is close to the M27, A33 and M3 motorways. Flat / apartment is tidy and clean and its amenities are good, and has parking space at the front for one large car if required.

The front windows and bedroom windows are not double glazed so at times you can feel the cold when close to them. Also due to being single glazed, and seeing as it is a main road into and out of the train station area, you can hear the cars and people outside at busy times. Otherwise it tends to be reasonable quiet.

"Excellent stay in Southampton."

Great location, able to walk to town, bus stop near. Very comfortable, well furnished and very good host. The host has a book listing operating instructions for each appliance. This makes it easy to use each device.

Perhaps put address on front to see from roadway.
