L accueil, la gentillesse et les renseignements fournis par Michel

Hygiène dans les sanitaires déplorable...des couches de poils sur les cuvettes de WC, poubelles qui débordent de papier hygiénique souillé,couches de crasse sur le sol des douches C'est vraiment dommage....sans ça, j'aurais pu mettre 9 ou 10....

Очень вежливый персонал, жил один в общей ко нате, постель чистая ; есть кондиционер, всё как в описании.

Если вы хотите завтрак побольше, попросите об этом за дополнительную плату.,И это не плохо.

Das Personal war super nett und hat uns auch bei unserer Ha Giang Loop Tour unterstützt. Wir hatten den ganzen Weg die Möglichkeit bei Fragen und Problemen das Hostel per Telefon und Whats App zu kontaktieren. Und die Duschen waren Top.

Mitchel, der Host war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft ist modern und sauber. Wir haben auch den Roller für den HaGiang Loop bei ihm gemietet. Der Roller waren in einem super Zustand, es hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Mitchel war sehr hilfsbereit, er hat uns sogar bis zum Start des Loops begleitet um sicherzugehen dass beim Kontrollposten alles klappt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder ins Majestic Hostel gehen.

They where very kind and helpful, the breakfast was delicious and the bed was really comfortable. We had a great stay.
