One of the best resorts i have ever been, care to ever single details staff and entertainment team are the best they are very professional very friendly, the pool is perfect super clean love all of it 🙏🏻♥️

The place of the hotel is pretty far from the center and Antalya city so you need around 45 minutes to reach there and the other thing is the sand ( it is a small stone black beach ) very difficult to walk on it

It was good location, close to the beach, good food, comfortable room.

On my second day of staying my MacBook was stolen in a cafe on the territory of the hotel. Administration absolutely didn’t try to help me to find it, they just told that it happened before and there wasn’t sense to try to find it. There wasn’t a camera in this area, staff didn’t see anything. My rest was spoiled,especially because administration even didn’t try to help me.

Activity

The staf at the reception wasnt helpful at all. The hotel is not so clean and the food is almost the same and if you come late maybe wont reach everything

I recently stayed at this hotel and, overall, had a pleasant experience. The buffet offers a great variety of delicious food, and the pool is wonderfully cold, providing a refreshing escape in the hot weather. The staff are professional and do a commendable job keeping the areas clean, although it’s unfortunate that some guests don’t show the same respect and leave their mess behind. Despite these small issues, my overall stay was good. However, some details left a bit of an unpleasant aftertaste.

I booked an economy double room (bungalow) and while equipped with essentials like a comfortable bed, functioning A/C and a working shower, it was disappointing in certain aspects. The shower was in poor condition, with an outdated showerhead that couldn’t be fixed to the wall — definitely not up to 5-star standards. Photos of such rooms should be provided to set proper expectations for future guests. Additionally, for a room booked for two, only a single-person blanket and no other sheets as a cover was provided, which felt like an oversight. One of the most frustrating aspects, however, was the internet access. It’s artificially limited, pushing you to pay for a “premium” offer. In today’s world, especially when traveling abroad, working internet is a basic necessity, and it’s disappointing that the hotel chooses to monetize this so offensively.
