Casa Grutzen Design Apartment with Pool in Bolzano

Bellissimo appartamento ottimamente organizzato e pulitissimo. Validissimo se si ha a disposizione una macchina o comunque un mezzo autonomo, col quale in 5 10 minuti si può raggiungere il centro della città.

The appartement was clean and having a parking place IS great AT Bolzano.

The balcony didn't have any chairs to lie down comfortably nor th kitchen had a modern coffee machine. My son was playing with a soccer ball that fell into the common area playground. By the time we went down to fetch it, the ball had been stolen. I actually chose this apartment because of the pool, so I could spend time with my 20-month old baby. The pool was greenish upon arrival, and despite my message, it turned completely green, like the grass, and was full of algae. At departure, I was blamed for having burned out a lamp, but in fact, my 9-year-old had simply turned it off because it was overheating in the room. A room where I was not sleeping in ! Both my children could have died! Some of the electrical appliances in the main bedroom are unsafe and could pose a risk to your life. Be careful and go at your own risk.

Trotz des Flughafens fand ich es angenehm erholsam. Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Schöner großer Balkon. Man ist zu Fuß schnell bei allem was man braucht.

Everything was amazing, even the services that the house has, cleaning and drying machines, big fridge, super clean, beds very confortable. Super nice, if we can we will come back!

The only thing that the house is missing is a microwave, only thing! The rest is perfect.

I recently stayed in this apartment. Had a fantastic experience. The space was clean cosy and well equipped. The bedroom was comfortable and that is the restful sleep. Location was good with easy access to shops and public transport. The host was incredibly helpful. Overall it was a delightful day and I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a great place to stay.

The place was easy to find and very clean and comfortable. It had all the necessary amenities and the owner was very friendly and responsive.

The views and the easy access to transportation and the supermarket were great. It felt very safe as a solo-woman traveler. It is great for someone who does not want to stay in the touristic center.

The trash explanation was insufficient and a bit of a headache. I have no problem separating, but I think the cleaning fee should include trash disposal for shorter stays.
