"Good"

The check in process with cozy suites that runs this property is miserable. Three hours of back-and-forth time on the phone… Emails that didn’t come through text messages that didn’t come through. I was beginning to think it was a scam. I definitely would never stay at any of the properties that this team manages again just based on the process alone.
