G&M Comfy Place for your stay in Pagadian

The place was tidy and clean, extra fan downstairs was very good Nice aircon in the first bedroom that was open to us Tv and channels with Netflix were nice to enjoy Bathroom and shower are clean The owner has supplied enough cooking appliances and utensils to allow you to cook some meals The host was very responsive and gave clear instructions with easy to follow directions to the property, when asked for an extra night he was very accommodating and pleasent to deal with

The bedroom could do with extra pillows, one pillow is not enough support using a light foam mattress, There seems to be a rodent problem as every night there was something trying to eat it's way through the roof This was noisy and very disturbing when trying to sleep The showers and bathroom sinks do not drain sufficiently so ponding and pooling of water occurs The windows are draped with light see through curtains which make privacy an issue at night, when lights are on inside you are very visible to others outside The access to the property from both sides is open which reduces security The rear door looks like it was broken into from the outside and repaired The neighbour next door is always walking up the side of the property sometimes smoking and sitting near the window The only place to wash dishes is outside at the rear of the property in a small dirty sink There was no fresh water available at the property or any items that could be purchased from the fridge, a small selection of basic items would improve the stay

Atleast there’s a aircondition

All the utensils are all very old some are damage,I’m sorry but it wasn’t really a comfortable stay I could not wash dishes properly eveything I do is a bit hassle, window near the kitchen broken and the curtainhood is not proper, I cannot wash my dishes because the little sink outside has no roof and it’s always raining when we were there.. so I had to wash our dishes in the bathroom slowly..the only good thing is that the owner and the caretaker was responsive for our concern and also they have Netflix if you get bored and a aircondition room.. thank you
