"Місцезнаходження супер . Ми брали помешкання на цілий місяць а самі їздили по інших островах , тому як готель для зберіг"

Місце положення

У помешканні не має холодильника , немає шафи або поличок для зберігання одягу і речей . Наш одяг цілий місяць находився у валізах . Для одягу була лише одна труба на якій висіли 3 зламані вішалки . Туалет був брудний ( я навіть купляла спеціальні засоби щоб його нормально помити і щоб було можна на нього сідати ) , на душі цвіль у кутках . Білизну нам міняли після кожного разу коли ми залишали табличку на дверях , але чиста білизна постійно була у плямах ☹️ Фото на сайтах і реальність дуже відрізняються ! На одному або двох поверхах був ремонт , тому надіюся після ремонту там буде трошки чистіше і ми зможемо до вас повернутися , тому що нам дуже сподобалося місцезнаходження

Personnel très agréable et hyper réceptif quand on a une demande. Linge de toilette et ménage fait tout les jours. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal pour se promener à pied , sinon il y a toujours des taxis au pied de l’hôtel. Très proche de patong beach.

"Je ne remettrai plus un pied dans cet hôtel, je faisait confiance à Booking.com mais là je me suis trompé."

Personnel de l’accueil

Hôtel extrêmement bruyant, chambre mal nettoyer, serviette absente ou trouer, drap non changer durant 10 jours et quand ils sont changés ils sont tachés ou troués. Chambre nettoyée entre 17 et 18h pas en adéquation avec un séjour à l’hôtel.
