My Experience at Taj Kashi house was truly magical the location is absolutely breathtaking with the view of Ganges surrounded by the hills.

Superb location and great food The staff was very helpful which made our stay very comfortable. We came here to celebrate a milestone birthdayand had a great time. the Ganga Aarti was loved by our entire group.

The location is amazing

Our stay at this property was highly disappointing and did not match the advertised description. 1. The listing stated it was a five-bedroom property, but it only had four bedrooms. 2. There was no hot water in the bathroom for showers. 3. No internet was available on the first day, and the TV was unusable due to a lack of alternative options. 4. The swimming pool was empty, filled with bugs, and completely unusable despite being advertised. 5. On the second day, there was no running water in the sinks or taps. We had to wait over three hours for a water tank to arrive, wasting valuable time. 6. The BBQ was off-limits, even though it was listed as available. 7. They attempted to overcharge us for meals that had already been paid for. 8. The only saving grace was the fabulous host, Vijay, who went above and beyond to fix issues and make our stay as comfortable as possible. Without him, this place would be a zero-star experience. Overall, this was a frustrating and misleading stay. Unless significant improvements are made, I would not recommend this property.
