Villa Soleado, Marzamemi - Sea Front Villa

La posizione della casa e' eccezzionale. Kevin, il gestore, e' molto gentile e premuroso. La cucina e' ben fornita e la terrazza e' molto ampia e con comode sdraio. Tanti giochi e attrezzatura da mare a disposizione.

La casa avrebbe bisogno di alcuni puntuali miglioramenti, si trovano diversi angoli con muffa, all'esterno ci sono stoccati materiali di costruzione e l'arredamento interno non e' molto adatto ad una casa vacanza. L'ultima sera abbiamo avuto un problema con l'acqua e non e' stato risolto prima della nostra partenza, quindi abbiamo lasciato la casa senza poterci sistemare per bene ne, ovviamente, lavare. Questo ultimo problema non e' accetabile in un contesto di vacanza (noi avevamo pure 3 bimbi al seguito!). Manca una doccia all'aperto.

Casa grande, spaziosa dotata di tutto il necessario. Gentilezza, disponibilità e prontezza dello staff nel risolvere inconvenienti, ottima accoglienza. Casa praticamente nella riserva di Vendicari.

Zona un po' isolata e molto poco illuminata.

The house is wonderful, we found it much better and bigger than it looks in the photos. The house stands on a fenced large flat plot of land with an automatic gate and several gates. We spent almost the whole month of May here and had a wonderful vacation. The house itself is not new, but is quite well maintained and very comfortable to stay in, well equipped with dishes, towels and everything you need. The house has three separate bedrooms, two of which have double beds and another with a sofa bed, and a single very large living room with kitchen. The house also has two bathrooms with showers. The washing machine and barbecue are located outside. Along the entire length of the house there is a terrace with a hammock and dining area, which is very comfortable in the heat, as this terrace is completely in the shade during the day and evening. The bedrooms have air conditioning but we didn't use it, in May it was enough to open the windows from different sides to create a refreshing draught. There are small peculiarities of the location in which the house is located, but which personally did not bother us at all. Between the fence and the sea is a free parking lot, which is actively used by campers and tourists. But since directly from the terrace of the house to this parking lot is not less than 50 meters, we did not feel any concern. Also specifically in this location is a lot of abandoned unfinished housing, which, in fact, also will not interfere with your vacation. Literally 5 minutes walk south entrance to the incredibly beautiful reserve Vendicari (entrance fee for May 2024 3.5 euros), where you will find not only the cleanest beaches (you need to walk about 10 minutes from the entrance to the reserve), but also lakes with flamingos. We would also like to specially mention Giuseppe and Kevin for their quality and prompt work. We had small questions that were answered instantly. It is obvious that the customer service is at a high level. Thank you!
