One bedroom apartment for rent, 4 sleeper

Well located, close to Roslyn metro station. Just a few stops from Washington DC center, and on the line reaching the international airport.

Not so cheap, but that might be DC standard. Also, I was a bit disappointed by the check in formalities... (I.e. wait for someone to go out of the building to sneak in and access the key box).

Short walk to metro which was great, also a number of food places near by. Host was easy to contact and speedy reply.

Apartment needs a bit of tlc, this would make it stand out. There was no aircon as advertised, fans were provided, luckily the weather wasn't too warm during our stay so it was fine.

Good location close to the subway station and walking distance from the mall and commodities Big parking Big apartement with all equipments

Noise of the planes in the evening Dishes in the kitchen were dirty

8th floor so nice view. Nicely decorated and equipped appartment. 10 minutes walk from Rosslyn metro station. 20 minutes to national mall via 3 possible metro lines

Unfortunately the lifts were broken the first day so a good exersize to start our stay :-). Repaired after 1 day

Unit as described in listing. Bed very comfortable. Free parking in covered deck a plus. Five minute walk to Rosslyn Metro and buses into DC. Host provided timely and useful video/information to access unit and parking. Very quiet location

The accommodation is really close to the metro to get to Washington DC. What's really convenient The neighborhood is really beautiful. The owner is kind and really available to try to help you.

I feel like I was taken for a ride by the quality of the accommodation. 1. The photos show a swimming pool and, innocently enough, this is what decided my choice as I knew it would be very hot (40c). I was really unpleasantly surprised to learn that it was only for "the view" and it is only open for the residents. I consider it's a scam. 2. The sofa is horrible. You can hardly sit in it, it's so smashed 3. The oven didn't work. The owner, even though he knew about it, didn't warn me. I had to throw away the pizzas, fries and nuggets I'd bought. 4. There is a constant sound of water coming out of the bathroom

Close walking distance to metro and some restaurants.

There were extra beds but not enough sheets or towels.
