Food, bar & staff exceptional !

The food at the daily buffet was good, breakfast was always a same but big selection and lunch/dinner always different! Could find a sun lounger at any time of the day but I wasn’t there in peak season. The sea is so clear and nice to watch sunrise and the gym is big. Massage was great at the spa!

First off this hotel is catered to Germans and as a solo traveller it felt very isolating as I would do the classes in the day but most of the time (especially 1 instructor) kept speaking in German at the start and I would have to put my hand up to say I couldn’t speak it, so this was disappointing as then I gave up going to the classes. When checking in the first room they gave me the door didn’t lock when I left but they resolved it quickly and they moved me when I asked to move, however I was moved into a connecting room and could hear next door like we were all in same room - the rooms where also dated and beds very squeaky. I paid 60 euro for the spa and it is definitely not worth it and the free sauna/steam at hotel is small and no one wears swimming costumes even tho it’s mixed.

Viele sportliche Aktivitäten im Angebot. Essen abwechslungsreich und ein sehr großes Büffet. Animation absolut bemüht, fröhlich und nett zu den Gästen. Getränkekarte lässt keine Wünsche übrig.

Wer das Konzept MagicLife aus anderen Clubs kennt, wird hier absolut enttäuscht. Bislang der schlechteste Club, sowohl von der Größe des Geländes, der „Schönheit“ des Geländes, als auch von den Pools. Nahezu nur Deutsche vor Ort, daher auffallend viel schlecht gelaunte Besucher & durch reservierte Poolliegen, keine Möglichkeit nach 10 Uhr eine Liege am Pool zu bekommen. Da wird leider seitens des Gastgebers nichts unternommen. DJ im Abendprogramm spielt leider immer nur Musik, die in deutschen Clubs läuft und auf dieser Anlage leider auf den komplett falschen Adressaten trifft. Viele alte Leute, die mit Apache & Techno nicht viel anfangen können. Daher leert sich das Publikum am Abend immer schnell. Anlage insgesamt sehr veraltet, Zimmer nicht modern & dem Preis, den man dafür zahlt, nicht würdig. Wir würden nicht nochmal buchen. Auf dem Gelände selbst wird man dauerhaft auf penetranteste Art und Weise durch SPA-Damen & Fotografin angesprochen & quasi zur Teilnahme an einem „kostenfreien Shooting, das nur beim Erwerb der Bilder Geld kostet“ genötigt. Störend & unangenehm & jeden Tag aufs Neue.

Frühstück und Essen waren außerordentlich gut. Gute Auswahl an Cocktails. Sehr gute Sportmöglichkeiten auch mit Animation und Trainer. Sehr schöne Anlage.

Der angebotene Wein lag weit unter dem Niveau des Hauses. Der Sandstrand geht lange flach wird aber durch einen Felsriegel mit flachem Wasser vom Meer getrennt. Bei Wellengang nicht enfach ins tiefe Wasser zu gelangen.

Mi è piaciuto tutto, ogni angolo di questo resort. Struttura bella e pulita. Piscine grandi e sempre pulite. La stanza dove ho soggiornato era grande, luminosa e sempre pulita alla perfezione. Peccato per la posizione angolare fronte ristorante e, quindi, areazione sempre accesa. Diciamo che per quanto il terrazzino della stanza fosse bellissimo è stato poco sfruttato causa rumore fastidioso. In ogni caso, la stanza era silenziosissima. Staff meraviglioso, sempre disponibile e con ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese. Animazione sempre presente ma discreta. Ho trovato la cucina eccezionale: un grandissimo plauso ai cuochi! Buffet da festa! Spiaggia ben organizzata e servita. Consiglio la formula all inclusive. Si può usufruire di uno sconto per i servizi della Spa, straconsigliata. Ho acquistato un percorso di talassoterapia e un massaggio relax: divini! C'è inoltre una bellissima palestra con attrezzi Technogym. È stata la prima volta per me in un resort Tui, ma ho deciso di provarli tutti! La mia esperienza è andata ben oltre le mie aspettative!
