FIBreakfast *3 Lunch *5 Dinner *4 Drinks *4 Beach *5(beds, sand etc..) BUT NO SERVICE IN BEACH, only selfservice with broken bearcrane! :( Cleaning ok.
We have been better 5* hotels, so this is not 5* only 4 or 4,5* Food and drinks wasn't 5*, only 4*. Toilets!? have to run from the beach or, pool, so more them quickly!

FRNous avons apprécié la qualité de la restauration, la gentillesse du personnel et la multitude d’activités proposées. La piscine à l’écart était également un plus pour profiter de moments calmes. La plage au pied de l’hôtel était très bien.
1- L’agence Tui étant d’origine allemande, il y a eu quelques moments ou nous nous sommes sentis un peu mis à l’écart en tant que Français : - Beaucoup de musiques allemande aux soirées, - réunion d’information uniquement en allemand, - le personnel de l’hôtel qui salut principalement par « Hallo », - et même le lien pour le questionnaire de satisfaction qui menait vers un site sans version anglaise… 2- La qualité des cocktails pourrait être améliorée bien que nous soyons conscients de la difficulté de gérer une offre tout inclus. 3- Enfin, les créneaux horaires de restauration pourraient être un peu élargis, surtout le soir où les buffets commençaient à être activement débarrassés dès 21h20.
ITAtmosfera molto piacevole. Lo staff meraviglioso ti fa sentire il benvenuto in ogni circostanza. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo l’atmosfera della cena greca, organizzata dalla parte del ristorante sulla spiaggia con la presenza di spettacoli e musica tipica. Animazione presente ma non invadente, volendo ci sono attività da mattina a sera. Palestra pulitissima e ben organizzata Consigliato !!!
Spiaggia un po’ abbandonata
MAStaff Is amazing, the beach is wonderful. The buffet is exceptional though maybe a bit repetitive and could use more vegan options like the tui magic life bodrum. It is well connected to the city. The jacuzzi was amazing and the view from our sea front room was great.
We were a bit disappointed that the rooms for three people were a twin bed and a mattress, though it wasn’t specified in the room description, we did expect to have a bit more comfort since it’s marketed as a luxury room. Apart from this, and this has nothing to do with the hotel, I’d just like to let future guests know that 99% of guests will not smile at you, will not return your hello, will barely clap or react to the beautiful display of culture during Greek night, and will stare through your soul at any given chance :)
