Een heel ruim, schoon appartement met alles erop en eraan. Goed contact met de zeer behulpzame verhuurder die ook heel veel goede en leuke tips gaf.

Het gordijn verduisteringsgordijn van één van de slaapkamers ging niet meer naar beneden hierdoor was het vroeg licht in de slaapkamer. En de matrassen van de éénpersoonsbedden waren iets te hard.

Das Apartment war sehr gross und wunderschön ausgestattet. Es hatte alles, was man brauchte. Das Apartment befindet sich in kurzer Fahrdistanz (Auto) vom Stadtzentrum Funchal. Die Gastgeberin empfing uns sehr freundlich. Sie war bei Fragen sehr gut erreichbar.

Чудова квартира. Є все необхідне: фен, посудомийка, кава машина, пральна машина, чайник, пляжні рушники великі, банні рушники, посуду багато різного, навіть судочки взяти з собою сендвіч можна. Враховуючи, що знаходиться з однієї сторони біля дороги, але всередині дуже тихо і спокійно. Ліжка матраци зручні, людям з хворою спиною чудово 👌🏻 Є і душ і ванна з гідро масажем і в другій ванні душ. Три басейни, крита парковка. В 300 метрах від будинку магазин, аптека і в 500м величезний ТЦ. 10-15 хвилин спуститись пішки і Ви вже на пляжі біля океану. Є додатково опалення та кондиціонування окремо для кожної кімнати. Великі шафи і дуже багато місця. Як побажання дуже б хотілось додати сушильну машину для одягу. Бо острів має мінливу погоду і багато вологості, тому речі дуже довго сохнуть 🤞🏻

З мінусів тільки 1: підлога у велику спальню розбухла від вологості і двері важко відчиняються та здіймають величезний галас, якщо виходити чи заходити. Просто врахуйте це, якщо з Вами є люди чи діти з чутливим сном.

L’appartement est superbe, climatisé, bien équipé et très bien situé au rez de chaussée d’une belle résidence (sécurisée et gardée) avec 3 piscines ayant toutes vue sur mer. Nous avions une voiture de location et le parking est gratuit. Les deux chambres sont équipées de très nombreux rangements et les 2 salles de bains sont spacieuses. Il y a un toilette séparé à côté de la cuisine ainsi qu’une buanderie avec machine à laver. La terrasse est grande et agréable. Elle donne sur la piscine. Il y a un supermarché à moins de 5 min à pieds et un grand centre commercial à 10 min de marche environ. De nombreux restaurants à proximité aussi et la plage de Praia Formosa à 15 min à pieds. L’accès à la salle de sport de la résidence se fait sans supplément. Notre hôte Ricardo était très à l’écoute et efficace en cas de problème. L’appartement et la résidence sont très agréables et les piscines vraiment sympas. Pas de souci pour avoir un transat à toute heure.

Tout était dans l’ensemble très bien, mais je mettrais 2 bémols. L’appartement a été initialement équipé de façon très haut de gamme mais les remplacements des équipements au fur et à mesure qu’ils arrivent en fin de vie n’est pas de même standing (bouilloire et toaster de qualité très médiocre). Le lave-vaisselle était en panne lorsque nous sommes arrivés et le manager Ricardo a été très efficace et nous a organisé son remplacement dans les 48 heures. La literie de la chambre 2 (avec 2 lits simples) nécessite à mon sens d’être changée. Les matelas sont très trop fermes et ma fille ne pouvait pas dormir. Il serait pratique d’avoir des patères dans les salles de bains.

The apartment is large and spacious, with two bedrooms and three bathrooms. It has a beautiful view and a nice pool and is within walking distance of quality restaurants and large supermarkets. It is also close to the beach, about 15 minutes walk. The host was friendly and helpful, and we had free underground parking. The place was well-maintained, furnished, and decently clean. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely come again.

The major problem was that we had only one key. One night, my wife and I had to wait 20 minutes outside the gates of the apartment complex because our friends who were inside had their phones on silent, and we didn't dare call the apartment phone so we wouldn't wake up the children. Also, being in an apartment complex meant that some of the neighbours were always renovating, so hearing the drill hammer throughout the day was not uncommon. Other minor things that we didn't like: - The cutlery and plates were dirty and we had to rewash them tin the dishwasher. - The floor seemed clean, but our feet quickly became black, indicating that they could be better cleaned with detergent and water from time to time. - Getting to and from the city centre with public transportation takes about 30-40 minutes, depending on how you catch the bus
