"The best way to spend quality time on the sailing boat"

I’ve always dreamt of spending more time on the boat including night and sleeping on a boat. Finally my dream came true in Bari at Le dimore di Ines. Ines is the host of the boat who is very friendly and kind. Ines welcomed us in person with a smile and gave us instructions on how to navigate inside of the boat. The sailing yacht is docked in a perfect spot enabling magnificent view on the marina and city view including old city parts. The Sailing boat is outmost clean and tidy. Wooden interior parts make you feel cosy and comfortable. The exterior enables sunbathing on the sailing yacht which is advantageous. We thoroughly enjoyed spending quality time there despite the fact we have not sailed anywhere.

"A hedonic choice.. very VERY nice!"

I had a slight worry that, as someone not at all used to boats and with a bit of sea anxiety also (although paradoxically I love the sea), sleeping here would turn out to be a tad too adventurous. It was in fact probably in my top three most pleasurable accommodations I've stayed in, in about 15 years of using booking.com. Everything on the boat is extremely well thought through and in very good condition. Ines was extremely nice and hospitable in all possible ways, from check in, throughout the stay, and at checkout.

I'm quite particular and demanding in general, but I could not honestly report anything that is worth mentioning in a "dislike" rubric!

The location is fantastic with a beautiful view of the city waterfront. It is peaceful, secure and within a few minutes walk of the old city. And the rocking and sounds of the moored boat are soothing and very relaxing. Ines is a great host with great warmth and humour. We loved our stay.
