Location, big terrace, amount of power outlets in the apartment

The Kitchen was full of small ants, really filthy mattresses, plumbing smell in almost the entire apartment if you leave any of the sink drain plugs open or if you don't cover the shower drains (the apartment does not have a drain trap), really hot in May already as it has no air conditioning (just 1 really noisy fan for the whole apartment, according to owner 90% of apartments in the area does not have air conditioning, which is a lie), noisy at night with windows open, extremely poor and unreliable WiMax internet connection (forget about teleworking or streaming 1080p or 4k content without interruptions. WiMax connections are meant for rural areas only. The owner invented a story in which the internet provider justified this terrible internet quality by alleging a fire in Guaza, which is a lie since that fire was more than a month ago and it does not say anywhere that the internet is still affected by that), extremely old Wi-Fi access point (Wifi 4, just 2.4Ghz band), no TV Antenna (you can't watch Spanish TV programs, you can only watch TV through the poor internet connection), TV in the living room is not a Samsung TV (it's TCL) and have no soundbar or subwoofer and the bedroom ones are not 43 inches Samsung TVs but 32 inches Hisense TVs (as specified in the apartment floor plan), just 3 already started toilet paper rolls for 6 days for 3 people (according to the owner, 1 toilet paper roll lasts him over a week), very few cleaning/kitchen items and toiletries (just half a roll of kitchen paper, no oven paper, no scissors, only 1 breakfast mug, no shampoo, no shower gel), several towels with bleach stains, the apartment does not have 74m2 as advertised (according to the official cadastre, the apartment has only 62m2 of housing), the terrace is always in the shadow, no elevator, very late check-in (between 17-20h), very early check-in before 10am. The owner didn't do anything to solve any of these issues.
