"Not staying there again!"

Nothing much. Staff mostly friendly I suppose! That's good.

Poor breakfast service. Coffee not ready, cooked breakfast not appetising. Room too cold, shower tray drained badly. Room keys again fiddly to operate and liable to block access!

The staff were Awesome. They couldn't be more helpful and all were very kind to Bear. Hes a American Bull Dog and some people get frightened by him but hes so soft and the staff were all amazing towards him. Thank you 😊

"Disappointing"

The staff were nice. The room was clean..

The broken toilet seat. We couldn't get food at 6.30 because every single table and chairs were reseerved for Bingo ! The weather was cold, wet and windy ..we had to walk to look for somewhere we could get a meal. When we went back our only option was to go to the room. The next night was going to be a quiz. We decided not to stay for the second night
