Cosy Flat, close to Bath Rugby and City Centre

Easy check in and collection of keys, communication from host was good

Wasn't aware at time of booking that the flat was actually a 2 roomed annexe attcahed to the side of the hosts house. Were notified that they were having guests the evening of our 1st night but didn't know until there that there was an adjourning door which wasn't locked connecting the 2. Guests were there till gone 11.00pm and were not quiet.

It really is quiet and cosy. It's just far enough out of the city to be away from the hustle. Easy enough to drive into the city from and plenty of space along the side of the apartment or on street to park. I found it relaxing and enough space for me and my daughter - she was able to watch Netflix and YouTube during our downtime when not in central Bath. The host left us fresh milk and biscuits for our arrival which was great as a hot coffee was needed. The board games on had were handy too. I'll book again for our return visit to Bath in late spring. The apartment had everything we needed for our trip.

Very comfortable bed, good location for access to University and city centre. Parking space.

Location was great in terms of distance from city centre via canal walk

Host might benefit in staying in flat to see how amenities etc work… noisy due to sounds from above & next door plus smell of damp
