The apartment is beautiful, clean, spacious ,beautifully decorated, very well located and with a beautiful garden! Is super close to the station, bus stops, restaurants and supermarkets. Paolo is just THE BEST HOST!!!! He is incredibly thoughtful and accommodating. He went to pick us up at the station and helped us with our luggage. You can tell Paolo really cares about you having a great time because of the amount of great tips he gave us to enjoy our time in La Spezia. I definitely recommend this place. Great apartment + Great Host = Great vacations.

I enjoyed everything!

Really lovely and chatty host, did everything to make us feel comfortable. Even though the place is connected to the owners home, you get full privacy. It's also nice and cool for Italian summers and within walking distance to the city centre and train station. Paulo not only picked us up from the train station but also offered to drop us back - you can tell he and his wife really care about their guests and go out of their way to make it comfortable.

Paolo, was amazing! He was easy to get in touch with and provided us with recommendations and information about local restaurants and sites. He even made our dinner reservations for us. The property is located very close to the center of town near restaurants, a grocery store, and the train station.

Paolo was a wonderful host, meeting us at the train station, chatting with us on the way to his beautiful property and giving us info and ideas for making the most of our short visit to La Spezia. The property is spacious, clean, comfortable, in a perfect quiet location, whilst being close to town and train station and had everything we needed.

Paulo is a great host (watch out: he likes to chat:) He is a really nice person with amazing tips!). He picks you up from the trainstation and guides you to the appartement (he lives upstairs). The accomodation is clean, nice, big and has a kitchen. Perfect for a few days to visit la Spezia and the Cinque Terre! (Tip: visit the war bunker museum in la Spezia. Amazing experience!)

The bathroom stayed wet due to the rain season (maybe install a mechanical ventilation?). Also the jet function of the bath stayed on, so do not take a bath with soap or you will get too much bubbles.

The property was comfortable and felt like being home. It was clean and from the moment we hoped off the train Paolo was there to help with the luggage. Paolo was helpful throughout our stay giving us tips and sending us pin points on best places to eat or visit. Absolutely loved staying there and would book again. Everything was perfect.
