Highly recommended anytime!! 10 / 10 straight away!!

The cleanliness and the bed was comfy thats all.

The fact that the lady threw all guests out at 8am, no sleep due to the heat no fan provided. No TV in the room. Overall a bad stay

Lovely and central, very friendly and very comfortable bed.

8am leave was rather early we thought.

Location

It was a Christian house so as a Muslim I felt out and the title is misleading as it says double room with "PARK VIEW" There is no park View so that's a lie. Also, check out is at 8am which is not common and very early. I felt a bit weireded by the amount of religious items there were. Also it is a sofa bed. However it was clean.

The bed was really comfy. House was clean.

Check out 8am in the morning sharp. Comsidering it was paid for a full night the host said any later than 8am to pay a full night which is what i paid already or a fine of 40 pounds. no TV in bedroom. No bin in the room, shoes left at the front door. Also said it was a park view room all that was out the view was a backstreet.

Close to Sunderland centre and stadium.

Only the TV 📺
