When I entered the room it was smelling of cooked fish of some sort. Some strong cooking smell was in my room. I could not stay the night, so I slept at my relatives instead.

As previously reviews everything great even the owner kindly gave me the private locked room which helped to keep my belongings in Ps. Merry Christmas!

Only little minor was the shutter I couldn’t use I wish I known as it was booked in advance so I could book elsewhere, but regardless could park next to it was a quiet street overall so car was safe :) Apart from that no complaints whatsoever always a pleasure to come stay here excellent host regardless :)

This is my third time staying here (this time with friends, the other times alone and with my girlfriend). The house is excellent...highly recommended. Anjolaoluwa is a super host! Go there if you're passing through Sunderland...it's like being at home. Stefano

Visiting Sunderland to see a show, perfect location for me. I really enjoyed my stay. Great room, comfortable bed.perfect stay....
