Couldn’t fault it. Clean, comfortable, lovely decor, the owner has thought of everything and there were lots of helpful notes dotted around the property. The location was amazing. Right in the centre of everything, plenty of great restaurants nearby and a minute’s walk from the beach.

Nothing negative to say, except that parking could be an issue but we found a car park just two minutes’ walk away and were happy to pay for the convenience of parking so close to the property.

"Fabulous apartment in the centre of Broadstairs. 5 star accommodation."

This is the best equipped accommodation I have ever stayed in. The kitchen has everything you could want, scales sharp knives, bowls for prepping food as well as cereal type ones. Vast selection of fry pans saucepans and baking/ serving dishes. It is a real home from home. All toiletries are there plus tea towels, jay cloth washing up liquid cling film, foil etc are provided. If you’re not sure ask as we brought lots of things we didn’t need. The towels are fluffy, beds comfy, and there are spares of cutlery and crockery so you can have a full load in the dishwasher. Board Games are plentiful, buckets and spades are in the cubbyhole by your front door. The apartment is comfortable and I loved the balcony area which has a bit of a sea view. Albion Street car park is a couple of mins walk. It was about £14 for 24 hrs. I believe there is on street parking about 5 mins away. This weekend it was VERY busy and at midday when we left the area, had queues for parking, prob due to the fantastic weather. The beach is downhill and accessed in a couple of mins and you are next to shops and restaurants. Location couldn’t be better. We loved everything about this apartment. There is a pub very close to it, we didn’t find it too noisy and in fact it had live music Sat night which was finished by 8pm. The noise isn’t too intrusive but If you want total quiet this poss isn’t the property for you in summer, but with double glazed doors and windows closed when cooler you won’t hear anything. There is a lift in the building, apartment 6 is second floor. Don’t forget to take keycode with you. It would be useful to have more than one entry door key, as 1 of us returned before the other two of our party so we had to ring her to let us in. This holiday let is a home from home. The owner is very responsive and gets back to any enquiries super quick. We were also alerted to an early entry which was very thoughtful. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

As Simon Cowell would say…we didn’t like it, we LOVED it! Would stay here again.

"Great stay"

The flat was very clean and comfortable, with everything we needed and a great location.

The door couldn't be locked from the inside without a key, and only one set of keys was provided for 4 people, which made it difficult for some of us to go out while others were asleep.
