Tout était super, surtout la terrasse avec la vue !

Place was really nice and comfortable. It was a safe place, swimming pool, garage. Whole property is well situated. We slept very good as beds were comfortable and place was quite. We really enjoyed terrase with beautiful views. Very nice host. Thank you very much. I recommend this place.

Nous sommes senti en sécurité dans le quartier et aussi dans le complexe. La piscine est parfaite et l'appartement à une belle vue sur une partie de la ville et la mer.

L'entrer du garage est abrupte et pas très large et le stationnement un peu serrer. Cependant l'ascenseur est à proximité.

Very nice apartment with everything you need and more! It’s super clean aswell inside and out. The whole complex is well kept, quiet and clean. If you stay here with children they also provide outside/beach toys. Oleg and Yana are superhosts. Very kind and helpful. Great location aswell. You can walk to old town and the Marina but with a stroller it’s easier to take an Uber. It’s very cheap. If we come back we will definitely stay here again!!

Garagenplatz mit direktem Zugang zum Aufzug. Pool war sehr sauber und gepflegt, genau wie die ganze Wohnung. Sehr gute Kommunikation und Service!

Die Auffahrt von der Garage ist sehr steil! Ein dritter Stuhl auf der Terrasse, wenn an 3 Personen vermietet ist, wäre schön! Es fehlte ein Pfannenwender. Er wäre auf Wunsch aber direkt gebracht worden!

Location was perfect easy access to walk or take car!

It had washing machine, dishwasher and coffee maker. It was lovely to have the balcony for the sun in the evening time. The tennis court and provision of rackets was great for the cloudy days.

The key/gate to get into the apartment complex was very difficult to open. I messaged the owner who met with another copy key but it didn’t make it easier. Many other people had this difficulty. The pool when we arrived was dirty but on day 4 I think maintenance sorted it. There was mould on 2 dishes in the press. The property is in close proximity to the Old Town and a lovely walk downhill but I think there needs to be emphasis on the fact that it is all uphill (steep) returning to the property which would be difficult for a person with mobility issues. 1km from the bottom of steps on the beach to the apartment. I think there should be more notice on booking.com that this is a private residence and therefore no services of towel change etc. The name of the apartment complex is not Ocean View so taxis get it wrong !
