Pier Top - Free all Island parking permit

We liked the spaciousness of the apartment, the high end appliances in the kitchen, the peaceful, sunny terrace, the modern sofas and the comfortable beds. Parking permit and communication were great and we appreciated the milk and wine left for us.

We did not like the entrance (rusty gate, dirty alleyway, flimsy front door). Stairs were not hoovered. There was a hole in the living room wall in the bay window and the second radiator and wall light to the right were not working. Kitchen surfaces and pots/pans were sticky and the kettle was in desperate need of descaling. The bath surround was broken and the toilet flusher kept getting stuck. No access to Netflix/iPlayer despite advertised. Scarce or no instructions on how to work the heating and cooker in the book.

A lovely apartment which was very comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen, and very comfortable lounge and bedrooms.

The flat was spotlessly clean and very well equipped with a lovely decking area to have breakfast each morning. The location was perfect, really close to the beach. The beds were super comfortable. We would stay here again.

The gate that leads into the alley to access the property sometimes was a bit tricky to open and got stuck a couple of times trying to poke our fingers through to open it

The kitchen and outside area, the size of the sitting room and main bedroom.

The noise of the loo pump in the night. The lack of door latch on the twin bedroom door meaning we had to put a towel over the top of the door to stop it banging in the night as it was warm & we had the window open. Clearer instructions to work out the TV. Lack of more loo rolls (for a 3 night stay with 4 people).

Great location in town, probably the best equipped kitchen of anywhere we have stayed before. The beds were very comfortable. The bottle of fizz was a lovely touch. Also the parking permit for any council car park on the Island was very handy. And Gabi was lovely and very helpful to deal with.

This property is a real gem! Perfectly located and beautifully equipped for all eventualities! We wanted for nothing! A welcome pack on arrival was a lovely touch…. Thank you!

Stairs from the front door up to the first floor of the apartment were a little tricky when carrying things, but other than that there was nothing we didn’t like.

Apartment was clean, well equipped and the information folder left by the hosts were really useful along with the recommendations.

Location was brilliant. Apartment spacious and nicely set up.

Stairs were a challenge espec with luggage but loved reading about the history of the shop downstairs Parking was a challenge only once. The rest of the time we managed to find a spot easily.
