Luxury Duplex & Deluxe Rooms in Dili City, Timor-Leste

Excellent stay. Noman was a great host, the place was clean and comfortable. Spacious rooms, big beds, clean bathrooms, fast wifi, good kitchen facilities. Would recommend. We travelled with a toddler and the courtyard was a great play space.

Note that the air conditioning is excellent in the bedrooms but there's a ceiling fan only downstairs.

Good location

Good location close to the University. Rooms were spacious and well-appointed. The washing machine was impressive. The kitchen was modest but adequate.

Check-in was difficult. The apartment is close to the stadium and the convention centre, so there was loud music on the weekend that went until 11 or 12pm. The bedroom was quite warm. The air-conditioner took two hours to reduce the temperature from 31 to 29C. The fan in the room helped so mostly we slept OK.

Excellent accommodation, spacious and comfy.

The premises the house is located on seem a bit "under construction, but no real inconvenience. The neighbors though have the strange ha it of turning very loud music at 7:00a.m. Two times in 3 mornings.

So easy, to get the keys and park in the property! I loved it ands it’s now the only place I’ll try to book in Dili going forwards: as I’ve stayed in so many places in Dili, but this is quality, value for money and so so comfortable

It’s noisey in the area due to the Microletes (taxi busses) playing stupid loud music in the morning. For about 10-15 minutes, But that’s not the properties fault. That is just traffic and culture in Timor Leste!

This place is fabulous: it is clean, comfortable, in a strategic location. Best of all: very nice host. Noman is really cool and helpful.
