"Worst experience"

Nothing.

Worst experience at the hotel. The hotel staff don't have any ethics. Please don't go to RR Grand. They have cancelled my booking even though I paid the advance amount one day before. They have given the room to someone else with out prior intimation. Don't recommend this hotel to anyone. Such hotels shouldn't be present in the online apps. Very bad experience.

Rooms were clean

We have to fight to get a room with a double bed. TV was not working. No intercom. On the name of complementary Breakfast, we had only Idli.
