Very bad experience. When we arrived at the house, there was a stranger inside doing repair work. He told us he was fixing wiring issues because the whole house had a power trip. This was not informed to us in advance, and it made us feel unsafe and uncomfortable. We expect proper communication and privacy when checking into a property. Please explain why this was not communicated earlier and ensure this does not happen to other guests. I would also like to request appropriate compensation for this experience.

Spacious can fit 5 families.

The kitchen doesn’t work (only 1 fire place work, another one low flame, another 2 can’t even ignite but the one that work very difficult to turn on). Induction cooker kept on turning off. Upstairs shower don’t have body wash. Check in is only at 4pm. The power kept on tripping. Cheap, good for family. But if you’re not staying to cook or just to sleep can lah.

Big place for the a good family trip

I paid over RM700 per night, plus a RM500 deposit which can only be refunded within three working days. Early check-in costs an additional RM100 per hour. With such strict rules and charges, I expected the place to be of high quality — but unfortunately, it was disappointing. The toilet flush wasn’t working properly, the sink was leaking, and the wardrobe was broken. The air conditioning in both the living room and master bedroom was almost useless as it wasn’t cold at all. There’s also a small step between the entrance and the living room that’s quite dangerous — several of us nearly tripped over it. Overall, with such strict management policies, I believe proper maintenance should be carried out to ensure a better experience for future guests.

Upstairs toilets need more improvement. For example: there is leakage inside the toilet. Hygiene wise, upstairs toilets need more improvement. Thank you.

The property is very old and not very well maintained, toilet cannot flush, air conditioner not working properly..and not clean, can found coaches around.
