"Cómoda y agradable."

Llegas en 5 minutos caminando a la playa. Alrededor cuenta con lugares para comer y hacer compra de viveres, a unos minutos esta la avenida principal donde puedes tomar el transporte público para moverte al centro de la ciudad y a otras playas con toda seguridad. Por cierto el lugar tiene agua caliente 🙂.

Estrella und Matthias sind sehr nette Gastgeber :) die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, die Hunde und Katzen sind alle total lieb und die Lage ist super.

(wie inzwischen überall in La Punta) kann es morgens laut werden

"Great little “island” palapa in paradise"

I love being on the pent house really private and secure. Great location near the beach and little busy street of La Punta. Very fresh also. The kitchen has what you need to homemade meals. Matias and Estrella were there at all times to help us with anything we need. We felt like a local because we rented a scooter to move around. There’s little animalitos all around.

It is a 3rd floor… but worth the effort, the street is a little rough but that’s Oaxaca. The Palapa comes with some visitors, but also part of the experience. Over all I like it a lot!

Super nice place to stay! We lived in the apartment which was the highest, the wind was going through the whole flat which was truly a blessing! Very cozy

To find the entrance was a bit challenging and thr street it is in, can be sketchy especially at night because of no lights
