Spacious 4-Bed House Close to City Centre

The price was reasonable

The bedrooms were tiny. Didn't contain a tv in any room apart from the living room. The house had dirt in most places. Woodlice and roaches behind the sofa and generally just a dirty house considering they charge extra for the "Cleaning Fee".

The space was well managed and the apartment Was clean. Plus the garden was so lovely

It was an excellent location, with a beautiful house & garden. There was clean cutlery and a fridge, washing machine, toaster kettle. There was even teabags & sugar, washing up liquid etc (but we'd already bought our own) we stayed for two nights. The owner was very helpful and accommodating, always a phone call away for any issues and gave us a courtesy phone call to check if we were ok & if there was anything we needed. Would definitely recommend and use them again. Thank you for a great stay x

There were only 3 fresh clean towels so if there are more of you than that It may be a problem but to be honest most of us brought our own anyway. And you can probably contact the landlord to get more of needed.

When we turned up, the bins were over full and rubbish everywhere, bath rooms where disgusting with excess hair everywhere including sink and toilet! Mattresses are the absolute worst and the sofa could barely accommodate 2 adults let alone 4! Wouldn’t use this property again

It was not clean Lots of cobwebs and spiders Main shower unit loose Had not been hoovered or mopped No Hoover and mop do actually clean the place yourself Two dining chairs were broke and had not been removed from the property as dangerous if someone sits on them Ironing board cover had a huge burn mark on it The door handle and mechanism came flying out when I closed the kitchen door and the mechanism hit my grandson on his head The upstairs attack room mattress you could feel the springs when trying to go to sleep in it Not enough furniture to sit on The bins outside were overflowing and flies all over Dog muck outside the front window Busy Road

It was near to locations that we were visiting The beds were comfortable Having parking at the front of premises Having a garden for the children Play ground opposite premises though there was trouble the first day we visited with kids Spacious

Some parts of the house was not clean, when we arrived I had to clean the toilets snd bathroom especially upstairs, the side bed drawers in master bedroom had wraps of sweets, biscuits. The sofa, the cover was so stained and smelling so had to wash it as we could not sit on it. There were no towels (even if it's mentioned that we find them) luckily I carry my own but when we requested the owner came he gave me one towel and a face towel. The stay was for 8 people but we had like 3 plates, few cups and glasses. The washing machine was leaking and not rinsing proper and Turbo dryer was not working, whether we didn't know how to do it, owner promised that he would send someone but no one came to have a look at it. So we came back with dirty clothes No clear instructions on where everything is, it took us ours to figure out where the WI-FI was, so maybe the owner needs to leave like a note on table or kitchen to tell the visitors. The shelve in lounge are wobbly nearly fell on my 4 year old son.

The apartment was everything we needed and more. A well decorated tw storey house with a homely feel, and it made you feel so relaxed. The neighbourhood was also very great with a community green space/park directly in front of the house. Above all, we enjoyed the rooms as they were exactly as they were on the site. If I should be coming around again, I would definitely want to stay here again. 👌🏾😍 Not forgetting Sam, the host who was only a phone call away to whatever extra we might have needed.

The only tiny thing we noticed was some parts of the ground floor(kitchen) not cleaned properly prior to our moving in. Every other aspect was awesome. 😁
