Spacious apartment for groups in City Centre

Close to everything. Beds were comfortable. Size of apartment is great.

The entrance is disgusting and the sofa bed was broke. Tried ringing the number that was provided to us about the sofa bed when we arrived on Friday and have still not received a reply.

Great location, the apartment was excellent had everything you needed.

Nothing not to like about any of it

Central Location, spacious apartment, well equipped and comfortable. But the entrance lets it down. Host was exceptional and the location really was first class. Lots of stairs to get to apartment which I wasn't aware of and my husband found stairs difficult. On the whole a great few days and we had everything we needed.

Perfect location.

The common areas and stairs are quite dirty. There does seem to be some renovation work going on so hopefully this will improve.

Property is 5 minute walk from the city centre and on a street with plenty of food/ drink places along with a Tesco express and Co-op. It has 2 bedrooms which is great, and a big bathroom. The living/ kitchen area is good, with all untitles if you are wanting to cook.

No lift - there is 51 steps up to the apartment so if you aren’t able to do this I wouldn’t recommend. The front entrance/ hallway on entry could do with an update (this would be for the building management) as it doesn’t look or smell great. Apartment could do with more bedside tables and also bedside lights as was only the main light in each room.

I'm afraid there wasn't really anything to like. The TV and sofa was fine and the living room wasn't awful. Very tired compared to the photos.

- Keycode handover happens via a third party requiring deposits paid on another website outside of booking.com and requires access to emails on the move. - The door has no address number and does not look like the entry way to a flat. - No lamps in the bedrooms (as shown in the pictures) one did have a lamp but it was in a broken fixing. Big light or no light. - Leftover food on the floor and kitchen left by past guests. - A very busy area surrounded by bars and restaurants. - Access wasn't easy. I couldn't find the address (no number on the door) I didn't have the keycode (As I didn't know I needed to pay £150 via a website Separate from Booking.com) No answer via the phone, I eventually got a response to my text after standing on a busy drinking street in the rain with my 5, 6, and 14 year old kids. - I'm genuinely sorry to leave a bad review, but it was a really unpleasant experience. (I run my own Airbnb, I understand how things should be and this fell short)

Location. Inside Flat was fantastic. Good facilities.

50 steps to get to the flat. Just inside the property there was a huge pile of rubbish and recycling. Building work going on in property below which meant we couldn’t open the windows.

We stayed for 6 days The location was great and near to everything. The size of the flat was good The flat has all what u need . The staff from A to Bee company were nice and helpful.

The property wasn’t very clean as we found many places has dust ,the furniture has some damages specially the kitchen unit and the doors handles were not stable , the company sent an agreement to sign with paying a deposit amount of 200 pounds which will be refunded later but they have keeping deducting many times the deposit which they shouldn’t do that unless I approve the payment from my end!!. The biggest problem we had is the stairs they were very long and so difficult with two kids and old woman to go through that every day. I think they need to fix a lift .
