2 bedroom apartment in Gravesend 10 mins walk from train station with free parking

The property was nice, clean & professional but due to the bottom paragraph I would never return and I would not recommend this property.

We come to stay at this property as we had a funeral in the area the next day. We got there and didn’t even get in straight away as we wasn’t told that a £100 deposit had to be paid and that we would get it back! They ended up letting us stay we wasn’t even at the property for over an hour as we wasn’t getting Threatened by the neighbours down the stairs that he would, kick the We left Straight away he told us to pack our “sh** and get the f*ck out now!!! We left and a couple of hours later the owner called us up saying, Are yous f*cking dumb what do yous think your doing, We trusted yous, all the neighbours are calling and texting. We wasn’t even there… We left 3 hours before that… so the neighbours was lying. My friend was having a panic attack when we was at the property due to this.. Would not recommend this property to anyone.. unless you would like to be threatened by the neighbours! Or unless you want the owner to call you up saying that! It’s on record aswell! Other than that the stay was fine. The landly was okay she was easy contacting but I can’t say the same for her husband .

Clean and quite place with views to river. Found it easy to find parking. Would happily stop again.

x2 flights of steps inside to apartment will be a little steep for some and shared communal area looks a little run down but felt over all the accommodation once inside was completely fine.

Apartment was clean and nicely made up.

The windows creeks so much at night due to wind. Some work should be done on that.

It would have helped to have one more fan in the second room (due to the hot weather)

We recently had the pleasure of staying in this charming apartment with our three children, and it was an ideal experience for our family. The children especially enjoyed watching the impressive boats pass by, a highlight made possible by the apartment's fantastic view of the river. The apartment was thoughtfully designed, with no unnecessary clutter and fully equipped with all essential utilities, making our stay convenient and comfortable. The beds were incredibly cozy, and the sofa provided an exceptional level of comfort. We are grateful for the attentive accommodation provided by the hosts. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

Only down side which can not be helped by the hosts so shouldn’t be taken as bad review, more of a heads up. If you plan on staying for a long duration be aware of a few flights of steps.

Good location right on the river. As stated, approximately 10 minute walk from railway station

Not suitable for babies or pram users due to the amount of stairs which we were unaware of at time of booking. Also there is no travel cot available. Otherwise a very comfortable and very clean property.
