Host is a horrible person. The 2nd night, there was problem with electricity, fusebox was not working. Called the host, he came, and couldn’t fix it, and just told us (me wife and 3 small kids) to stay there with no electricity for the night! And tried to leave just like that. The audacity! Mind you this is at 12am midnight. We stopped him and confronted him, and he refused to refund, and asked us to cancel the booking from booking.com and get the refund from there. To save his ass and of course we can’t get the refund if we cancel from our end. After series of shouting and argument, we managed to get him to directly transfer us back the money for the remaining stay, and we left for another place. next day, there was problem with electricity Other problems - When we arrived, the key was not at the place the host said it would be. Called the host, he came, and had trouble looking for it, wasted almost an hour. When we entered, the floor was very dusty. Told the host, he called his cleaner, but the cleaner was super rude. We had to clean by ourselves.

MYAll 3 rooms air-conditioned. 2 extra bed provided, instead of 2 queen beds & 2 single beds. The rooms & beds are so clean & tidy. The chandeliers are so beautiful. The TV have the Malaysian digital TV channels, with DVD player & good movies. Fridge, washing machine, iron & water heater also provided. Nice mountain & pool view. No need to drive a car to lost world of tambun, walking a few hundreds metres will do. Well recommended for lost world of Tambun trip. Good value for family trips with affordable price.
Not to say didn't like at all, but there's a room for improvement: The wifi need some upgrades seems only one cellphone could access it. Water heater switch in the second bathroom is shorted, the house will blackout if On the switch. Washing machine inlet hose need to extend a bit, if join it'll loose & leaking. Anyway thanks to the owner for all the facilities provided, good job, keep it up... 👍🤝🤙
