Not pet friendly they want $250 damage fee to sweep the floors. It was one dust pan if that of dirt. We had 3 kids and it rained so it wasn’t like we were outside. It was dust bunnies. Who knows when it was cleaned last or who stayed after us because it took them 2 weeks to reach out claiming damages.

Nothing, none of the amenities listed or even pictures were accurate to the listing.

The fact that the listing lied about the quality of the property and that the pictures weren’t even the same house. The whole house smelled liked someone had just gutted a fish and rubbed it on the walls and the whole yard ( if you can call it that) smelled like feral cat pee. Not to mention the horrible neighborhood and lack of promised amenities

The backyard

Comfy and cozy. Had amenities needed for a cozy stay with board games, grill, and seating. Board games, TV in every room and fast wifi were awesome!

No pool as advertised which could be understandable given weather or other reasons. The fridge wasn't working properly and had some other stuff wrong upon arrival. However, I emailed the property, and they were super responsive! Tub doesn't drain as fast as it should.
