Everything: the location is super convenient - just a block away from the cable car and Wellington Botanic Gardens; the neighborhood is super nice as well with shops just a 10-min walk away. Mark's house was super cozy and comfy, it has everything you might need, including an awesome view from the terrace/balcony. And Mark as host is amazing; super friendly and easy going.
