Location, pet friendly, Quick response, flexible

Because it’s on the ground floor, although all the doors(patio) were closed, Insects, mosquitoes, ants and cockroaches entered from somewhere.

The owners were lovely and very welcoming. The unit was tastefully decorated and well stocked. Location could not have been better. We had a fabulous time on the island. Loved the patio. Easy walk to many great restaurants.

Can't think of anything. The unit was well cared for and super clean.
