EEThe apartment is cosy and well-located. Everything is new and clean.
I found out only after (a non-cancellable) booking that if you happen to lose the key, the host charges you 500 euros. Also, if you need a second set of keys (there are 2 bedrooms, but 1 key), you need to pay 30 euros extra. The keys need to be picked up quite far from the apartment (appr 1 km). These kinds of 'extras' should be clear before the booking, not afterwards, as they are, in my experience, unusual. Also, the kitchen cupboards are virtually empty, with only salt, coffee and tea provided, but no sugar, pepper or any sort of herbs/spices, etc.
