Hotel meraviglioso, staff gentilissimo e disponibile. Camera pulita, letto King size! La cena è stata tra le migliori che abbiamo mangiato in Marocco!!

We enjoyed a lot our stay here. The reception guys were very friendly and we even had a chance to chat with them. They shared some advice and interesting information with us. We also liked the breakfast which was included in the price, as it had a good variety to choose from. The hotel itself is cozy and well-designed. Our room was spacious enough, clean, and had a comfortable bed. The hotel also organizes various tours, though unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to join one. The only drawback was the weak Wi-Fi signal inside the room, which might be an issue for those who need it for work, though it seemed to work better at the reception.

The Riad itself is nice decorated and room was huge. The dinner was tasty but I think a bit overpriced for what you get. The breakfast was not bad but also nothing to remember.

I had the feeling the staff was a bit unmotivated and lazy. If we asked for things , they helped but in in my view, for the price we payed I expected them to be a bit more attentive.

Cet établissement est très bien tenu, décoré avec goût. Les chambres sont spacieuses, et bien équipées. Belle adresse à Zagora. Bon petit déjeuner.

Le manager de l’établissement nous a proposé une sortie en 4X4 aux dunes de Chegaga, avec un itinéraire menant aux différents points d’intérêt de la région. Le prix proposé est dément, et malgré un prix négocié de 300€ pour 2, nous avons trouvé ailleurs, une prestation identique pour 120 € de moins pour 2 personnes. La prestation fut trouvée chez Ali, restaurant hôtel, bien connu à Zagora.

Magnifique tout simplement. Tres accueillant malgre l heure d arrivee ele siir en plein Ramadan. Riad design, splendide Petit dejeuner tres bon.

Cozy rooms. Very friendly stuff. Warm shower with good pressure.

Ubytování bylo velice hezké a čisté

Bohužel nabizený výlet do pouště byl zklamáním, ubytovani neodpovidalo co bylo nabízeno a ani strava nebyla dle nabidky odpovidajici. Výlet bych uskutečnila u jiné společnosti.
