Great location, comfortable bed, spacious place! We really enjoyed our stay here! Right next to the mall that has a grocery store and lots of restaurants!

This place was fantastic! Half the price of the Hilton and Marriott which are on either side but still has access to a private beach on the Dead Sea. The apartment has all you need for a comfortable stay. Definitely recommended!

It’s a very nice recent big flat. Next to the Dead Sea. 3 pools available a kids play area and one café.

A key safe should install as we had to wait and we didn’t for how long as the flat wasn’t open like the owner had told us. Sheets for the double sofa bed was missing.

Nice fully equipped apartment with free wi-fi, towels and bathroom cosmetics. Communication with owner is very easy and quick. The owner was willing to help with everything. Recommended.

The apartment was lovely and spacious. Good air con, comfortable beds and the apartment was close to the Dead Sea. Pool was also lovely - views onto the Dead Sea and a perfect temperature!

The resort itself is a little odd with limited facilities, we regularly got ignored by staff which was even more noticeable when we went for dinner at neighbouring hotels where everyone was extremely welcoming. We also had an issue with check in, as the host said it was cash only rather than card too as advised - check in was very messy as a result. It was our last stop on the holiday so we had budgeted our cash and planned to pay by card. We had issues getting the keys too. I appreciate the issue happened last minute for the host, but if it is cash only in future there needs to be a much clearer process in place.

Apartment is located right on the Dead Sea (a 5 minute walk down or you can catch the golf cart... if you're lucky). Bed in the main rooms was super comfortable and overall the ground staff are friendly. This is about the only positive thing we have to say about staying here unfortunately.

Not at all impressed with the outcomes given the exorbitant price.... For the price we paid to stay here we were sorely disappointed. To put in perspective, the night prior, we got an astronomically better apartment for 1/6 of the price. When we checked in we noticed a funky odour coming from the bathrooms, the toilet seat in the ensuite was not attached at all, and the sofa bed was not made up (despite us booking for four adults). We rushed down to swim in the sea for sunset and was told we could golf cart back up the hill afterwards (necessary with the salt) and that the golf cart was on a loop. We finished swimming and waited at the meeting spot with two other women. Just before the golf cart arrived the two women were joined by four others who all rushed and got seats on the golf cart refusing to get off claiming they were waiting before us. The driver of the golf cart pandered to them though and we were told to wait for his return (in 10 minutes time) or walk. This was highly unprofessional and disappointing - these women aren't better than us just because they were older than us (they in their 50's us in our 30's). We put on a load of washing after our swim (a selling point for booking this apartment as we are long-term travelling) and went for dinner. When we arrived back after dinner the whole kitchen was flooded from the washing machine. It took almost an hour to get this sorted. We had to drive all over the resort trying to figure out how to contact someone (no contact details left anywhere) to get it fixed and cleaned.
