Location was excellent right on the square, close to many restaurants cafes and bars as well as the main shopping district.

We chose the property because it had an elevator however on arrival it would not work. We had to try so many times but it seemed there was no power. Eventually the lights came on in the elevator so it worked finally. Seems to have intermittent power issues. Same happened on check out. One of us got stuck in it with luggage as it stopped halfway between floors and had to wait 5 min for power to come on again. On first day of arrival, the toilet flooded the bathroom and overflowed into the bedroom. It was only water as it was coming out from the connection to the wall plumbing. Contacted receptionist via WhatsApp as no one onsite. She was very prompt to arrange a repair during the day and allowed us to use the facilities in an adjacent apartment that had just been vacated. When we returned later, a new pipe had been connected but only with silicone. The problem was the toilet itself was only sitting on silicone on the floor and it kept moving because it was not cemented in place. On day 3 checkout it started leaking again. Noise from restaurants downstairs went until 3am every night, despite double glazing soundproof windows, we could still hear it.

The internal room didn't get noise from the square, which was nice. It was easy to access with the codes.

The drains in the bathroom smelt a bit weird.
