The location was an upside for our stay. Very nice rooms and comfortable bed. All the facilities were very nice especially the bathroom. We could not fault the cleanliness or layout. Everything felt well maintained and thoughtfully presented.

Like other reviews the room lacked aircon however we knew this before booking. The window next to the front door also needs proper blinds as the light outside shines through all night. We had to block it with the bed sheet.

"Good stay but would have appreciated it even more if everything was working"

Loved the heated floor in the bathroom and the super pressurized shower. The room was super quiet and appreciated the large TV. The location is great. Only a 10-minute walk to Newmarket shopping centre

The toilet seat was loose and too small for the toilet. The tap was wobbly in the bathroom Only the main light in the bedroom area worked. The smaller light by the bed didn't work and the USB plug in that was part of that set up didn't work either.

Nice and comfortable, clean, amenities were good. Parking was great, location is perfect - close to all of the areas that we needed to go
